Office Space available in Chesham
In simple terms we have an office that was fully utilised for up to 12 people but due to the tenant company closing down the office is free. I work in there part time and am now looking to rent this out to a new company or on flexible fully inclusive terms to small business and entrepreneurs. Rental can be short or long term and for the whole office or a desk on an occasional basis.
The office is based in Chesham in a small office/industrial estate and consist of a building with 14 units. The office is 5 minutes walk from the town centre and tube station (Metropolitan line to Baker Street and beyond). There is a convenience store for sandwiches/drinks nearby.
The office unit itself, consists of:
- 1st floor office in a converted Victorian power house. It is a pleasant building and in good condition. Our unit is 750 square feet, seats 12 comfortably.

- Shared table for informal meetings/lunch/workspace

- Kitchen area with tea coffee making facilities
- Toilet and shower with additional disabled toilet in the building’s common area

- Dell Desktop PCs by arrangement
- Good mobile phone signal

The rental is reasonable at around £1000 per month for the full office and this can be adapted to include internet, phones, electricity etc but some elements will be variable based on usage.
Overall, I can be flexible as I am keen to do a deal. The term could be as short or as long as you want.
