Business uses telemarketing in 'successful' campaign
Businesses who have just entered the UK market and are looking to generate new leads may be interested to hear about the success one firm had using direct telemarketing to complement its campaign.
Integrated marketing agency Anderson Skow began its strategy with a high-quality direct mail piece, an offer relevant to any new leads and a landing page, according to Kathi Skow, president of the Direct Marketing Awards Show.
These were then followed up with telemarketing as this became a 'door-opener' program for sales.
Ms Skow claims that the successful generation of leads using the campaign was due to using best practices in direct marketing tactics and including the sales teams in the list selection and telemarketing follow-up.
In related news, businesses were recently advised by Cambridge Network that outsourcing telemarketing campaigns is beneficial as it means a team of experts are working on the strategy.
