New client MPS

In the spring of this year we signed up a new client Management Process Systems (MPS). MPS were already a successful SaaS vendor with the NEC contract management system (CCM).  However, along with signing a new distribution agreement of Docia (www.docia.com) in the UK they needed a new sales and marketing channel to help take this product to market. 

Selling People provided the intial sales and marketing plan, we then undertook a market survey and having found significant interest in the market, we put a small sales team together.  

The product Docia, is a leading document management and collaboration tool in the construction industry.
